PreProgressive gymnastics Classes

classes for beginner students ages 3-5 yrs

PreProgressive Gymnastics Classes are for entry level through beginner students ages 3-5 yrs. Our 45 minute Classes focus on use of the equipment with proper techniques that will make learning preprogressive gymnastics fun, safe and easy. We use the Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beams, Floor Exercise and Trampoline in conjunction with different mats and shapes. The main focus is to promote agility, body control, confidence, strength and flexibility. Students are encouraged to listen and try their hardest in an environment where their efforts are always recognized.

Classes are typically offered once per week in 4 week sessions. 2nd child or 2nd class per family is always 1/2 price.
